Temporary residence permit due to other circumstances (residence of a minor child od a foreigner, born in Poland and staying unaccompanied)

Requirements

The requirements to which permit is subject shall be limited to demonstrating that:

• the foreigner is a minor child of a third-country national/stateless person and was born on the territory of Poland and is staying in that territory unaccompanied, and this circumstance justifies a stay of more than 3 months.
