An application for access to information on the inclusion of data in the list of foreigners whose stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland is undesirable or in the Schengen Information System for the purposes of refusing entry can be submitted at any time, there is no deadline for submitting such an application.

However, in the case of a request for reconsideration of the case, this application must be submitted within 7 days from the date of service of the decision. A time limit is deemed to have been observed if, before its expiry, the letter m.in. was sent to a Polish post office (Poczta Polska Spółka Akcyjna) or was submitted to the Polish consular office.
