In terms of requirements

During the procedure of examining the application, in the event of deficiencies in the application or the need to supplement the application with additional documents, the throne is informed by an appropriate letter. Read the content carefully and take action in accordance with the guidelines indicated in the letter. Failure to complete the application within the prescribed period may result (depending on the situation):return of the application, failure to perform the action, leaving the application without consideration and thus the lack of a decision in the case (e.g. the lack of an address for service in Poland results in leaving the decision in the case file with effect of service). If it is not possible to complete the application within the prescribed period, please inform the Office of the situation.
